\u00dcber Caro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Die Arbeit mit meinen H\u00e4nden (und der N\u00e4hmaschine) ist das Beste, was es gibt. Ich liebe es, aus meinem Kopf herauszukommen und meinen kreativen Ideen freien Lauf zu lassen. Ich mache alles selbst in meinem kleinen N\u00e4hatelier in Soest, hinter meiner gro\u00dfen, treuen N\u00e4hmaschine. Mein Vorrat ist klein, ich mache lieber etwas nach Ma\u00df. Ich mache gerne meine eigenen Entw\u00fcrfe f\u00fcr Babygeschenke wie Babykissen, Tischdecken, Kissenbez\u00fcge und Taschen. Mit meinem Webshop Handmade By Caro habe ich endlich meinen Traum verwirklicht. Seit Jahren fertige ich neben meiner „normalen Arbeit“ alle m\u00f6glichen Dinge aus Stoff f\u00fcr Freunde und Bekannte an. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich mache vor allem Taschen und Kissen, aber auch kleine Taschen, um Unterw\u00e4sche oder Socken im Koffer zu transportieren, sehr praktisch. Und seit kurzem biete ich auch ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Mutterschaftspakete an, alle in dem Thema oder der Farbe des Babyzimmers, mit dem Namen oder den Initialen darauf, ein pers\u00f6nlicheres und lustigeres Mutterschaftsgeschenk ist nicht vorstellbar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wiederverwendete Stoffe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ich liebe Vintage-Stoffe. Es gibt schon so viele sch\u00f6ne Stoffe auf der Welt, warum sollte man neue Stoffe verwenden? Deshalb arbeite ich seit einigen Jahren nur noch mit wiederverwendeten (recycelten) Stoffen, die ich zu einzigartigen Produkten verarbeite, die man noch viele Jahre lang mit Freude benutzen kann. Ich erz\u00e4hle die einzigartige Geschichte der Herkunft jedes Stoffes, die ich auf eine Karte schreibe, die ich dem Produkt beif\u00fcge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Stoffe und Rei\u00dfverschl\u00fcsse stammen haupts\u00e4chlich aus Secondhandl\u00e4den, aber ich bekomme auch oft Stoffe und anderes N\u00e4hzubeh\u00f6r geschenkt. Zum Beispiel, wenn jemand umzieht oder verstirbt. Vor einiger Zeit organisierte meine Mutter eine gro\u00dfe Sammelaktion in ihrer Wohnung: Ein Zettel im Aufzug reichte aus, um einen gro\u00dfen Vorrat an Stoffen zu sammeln, von denen einige \u00fcberraschend sch\u00f6n sind, zum Beispiel von fernen Reisen oder von alten Kleidern mit einem coolen Aufdruck. Das bringt mein kreatives Gehirn fast zum \u00dcberlaufen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The finishing touch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nat\u00fcrlich n\u00e4he ich immer ein gewebtes Etikett von Nominette<\/a> in meine Arbeiten ein, das macht sie noch ein bisschen professioneller! Ich habe jetzt viele verschiedene Webetiketten, von der Waschanleitung bis zu kleinen Logoetiketten, in tollen Farbkombinationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich hoffe, dass ich jetzt \u00fcber meinen kleinen Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis hinauswachsen kann. Vor kurzem war ich in der RTL4-Sendung Eigen Huis en Tuin (eine niederl\u00e4ndische Fernsehsendung) mit einem Beitrag \u00fcber die Wiederverwendung von Kleidung zu sehen (das war am 26. April 2021, sehen Sie es sich noch einmal an!). Das hat bereits einige Kunden au\u00dferhalb meines eigenen Kreises gebracht. Ich bin auch auf Instagram (@bagsbycaro<\/a>) aktiv, um meine Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu bewerben. Aber das ist der schwierigste Teil! Und ich habe noch so viele Ideen \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n
